Send us your dates, group size, budget and preferences through the form above. We will work with our SXM Privé partner network to share suitable available options.
Are villas available on both sides of the island?
Yes. Options may be available on the French and Dutch sides of St. Martin, including areas such as Terres Basses, Orient Bay, Simpson Bay, Beacon Hill and Happy Bay.
How far in advance should I request a villa?
Earlier is always better, especially for holiday periods, larger groups and villas with specific features. We will check the best available options for your requested dates.
